Day 12

I am back in the ally.....phone call to hook up internet in the am, as this is soooooo silly and cold!!!!! I finished 5 pictures today....no pics because I forgot to bring the all so important cord to release my photos from the camera..opps! My hands are sore from felting and I feel tiered and unsure of the wonderfullness of the art that I did today...tomorrow I will be in a better space to judge. I did start felting a bunny, I need to build a frame for it....all the frames I have right now are too small. I think this brings my total of finished things to 24...or 23. I am going to have a glass of wine with my friend Jenni, and then off to bed as my waitressing work week starts early in the a.m.

Night of Day 11

Hi everyone!!! After a wretched start to my day...the rest ...fantastic!!!!!!! The elephant is done and hanging on the ready to sell wall, my heating is up and running and the icebox that was my home is now like a tropical island. I had the most wonderful visit with Fraya....She looked at my all done wall and gave me the positive energy and love that all artists need...thank-you!!! my landlady stopped by with the most yummy apples in the world..Rox and I had an apple feast!!!! I also got asked to make 4 ferries (boy ferries) the deadline is x-mas. yay..good day!!!!! I am back in the ally (borrowing) internet...monday I will call for my very own hook-up. I am going to hit up the food store (apples really arnt a sufficient supper) and then off for some crafting!

Day 10 and morning of Day 11

The pat on the back I gave myself for blogging everyday needs to be taken away.....missed day 10..oh dear! I did craft yesterday, the elephant is done!!!!!!!! I painted 6 frames and are ready to back with fabric! I got called into work this morning...the new girl was over an hour late for work....I am annoyed.....showing up for work on time is basic, really basic. I am going to get coffee, then back into my little icebox (my apartment) to make stuff!!!!!! my day 11 blog will be up tonight!

Day 9

I am freezing!!!!!! I am bundled up as if ready to brave a winter storm. I am at a friends house, he is cooking us dinner, and I am blogging! The elephant is almost done!!!! He has moved into the cute phase although I need to find the perfect eyes.....the wrong eyes could move him back into the uncute category. I sanded 7 frames yesterday, and have started the panting process. One more day of waiting tables and then I turn into a full time artist (for 2 days!!!) I bought some more water color crayons and am kind of excited to use them.....it will have to wait untill tomorrow, as there is food to eat and a fire that I think I need to put my frozen feet in front of!!!! Good night!
